Prior to my career in real estate, I spent many exciting years as a corporate jet pilot. I am co-owner of Aral Peak Alpacas, a full service ranch that specializes in breeding colorful Huacayas - a type of alpaca that makes its home in the mountains of Peru. My home and ranch are at the top of a forested hill between Honor and Empire, east of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Barb HoodAssociate Broker Barb makes her home in Lake Ann with her husband Brett who is a teacher at Lake Ann Elementary School. She enjoys time with her sons Tigran and Caleb, and her daughter, Neysa. Since 1999, Barb has been active as a full time Real Estate Agent. Previously, she was the Director of Crystal Mountain Resort’s Recreation Department. A student of visual arts, she has attended the Interlochen Art’s Academy and the University of Wisconsin. Barb is also a graduate of Davenport Business School and Leadership Grand Traverse offered through the Traverse Area Chamber of Commerce. Barb’s experience in management and visual arts in addition to her lifelong knowledge and love of this region have provided her with a unique combination of skills with which she can provide exceptional Real Estate Services. |
